PHN’s new investment provides a total of 181 apartments. Warsaw-based company ALFA-BET Polska should complete the works until mid-2025. The planned investment is located at Geodezyjna Street, between Trasa Toruńska and Głębocka Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The project represents the second phase of the Młoda Białołęka residential estate. Phase one was completed in 2022. Ultimately, the estate, which is being developed in three stages, will comprise around 500 apartments.

The developer project at ul. Kusocińskiego 119 and 121 in Łodź (2snd stage) covers the construction of 132 apartments located in two residential buildings. The buildings have six above-ground storeys and one underground storey.  The usable area is ca. 7.920 sq.m.

In the Warsaw district of Włochy, the PHN Group is constructing a small multi-family residential building, featuring service facilities and an underground garage (93 spaces). The whole project consists of 87 apartments with the total usable area of ca. 3,941 sq. m.

In the Warsaw district of Białołęka, the PHN Group constructed a multi-family housing complex which is built in three stages. The PHN Group has the final permit for the construction of all three stages. Currently, the 1st stage is finished covering the construction of 174 apartments with the total usable area of 9,715 sq. m.

Under a joint venture agreement, the PHN Group and Hillwood Polska Group have completed a logistics and warehouse project along with accompanying infrastructure on PHN Group’s properties in Świebodzin. The construction of the warehouse in the BTS (built to suit) formula began in March 2019 and was completed in 2019.

The first stage of “Osiedle ŁAN” complex includes the construction of four residential buildings (176 apartments) with commercial premises on the ground floor. The usable area will be approx. 8,175.03 sq.m. 153 parking spaces in garages are planned.

The developer project at ul. Kusocińskiego 115 and 117 in Łodź (1st stage) covers the construction of 166 apartments located in two residential buildings. The buildings have six above-ground storeys and one underground storey featuring a garage with 76 parking spaces. In addition, 106 outdoor parking spaces. The usable area is ca. 8,635 sq.m.

The new Ski Team store is located at the border between Warsaw and the Marki commune, by Trasa Toruńska (S8), so it is easily accessible by main roads leading to Warsaw. The area developed under the project is ca. 3,100 sq.m. and the project has delivered the total rental area of ca. 1,100 sq.m. The store is adjusted to the needs of the disabled, and offers a car park for customers.
