Report publication schedule

Periodic report publication dates in FY 2026:

1. Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 – April 15, 2026
2. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026 – May 26, 2026
3. Consolidated report for H1 2026 – September 4, 2026 
4. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026 – November 18, 2026

Pursuant to § 63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports; therefore, the consolidated quarterly reports will include standalone quarterly financial information,

Pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2026,

Pursuant to § 63 section 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish a standalone semi-annual report; therefore, the consolidated semi-annual report will include condensed standalone semi-annual financial statements together with the auditor’s report and condensed notes.

Legal basis: § 84 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.

Meetings and conferences

Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. organizes conferences after the publication of periodical reports, presenting the financial results of the Company and the Group. Representatives of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. also meet with capital market participants at roadshows and one-on-one meetings. The Investors Relations Team answers questions asked by phone and e-mail on an ongoing basis.
