Description:

The new Ski Team store is located at the border between Warsaw and the Marki commune, by Trasa Toruńska (S8), so it is easily accessible by main roads leading to Warsaw. The area developed under the project is ca. 3,100 sq.m. and the project has delivered the total rental area of ca. 1,100 sq.m. The store is adjusted to the needs of the disabled, and offers a car park for customers.

Status of work:

The construction of a commercial pavilion for Ski Team at ul. Toruńska 107B, constructed by PHN Capital Group, has been completed and the pavilion obtained an occupancy permit. A new, specialized store with ski, snowboard and bicycle clothing and equipment welcomed first customers on 26th January 2020.

The PHN Group officially handed over the commercial pavilion including technical infrastructure and car park to its new tenant – Ski Team. The project has been implemented in the BTS (built to suit) formula, taking into account the tenant’s requirements and standards. The contract has been signed for 15 years from the store’s commissioning, with the option to renew for subsequent 5 years.

The building has been designed by Studio Arch+ Janusz Łepecki and constructed by the general contractor – EUROBUDOWA.
