Under a joint venture agreement, the PHN Group and Hillwood Polska Group have completed a logistics and warehouse project along with accompanying infrastructure on PHN Group’s properties in Świebodzin. The construction of the warehouse in the BTS (built to suit) formula began in March 2019 and was completed in 2019.

The joint venture agreement sets out the terms and conditions of cooperation and the partners’ roles in implementing the joint venture. Hillwood Polska participated in the project implementation process and manages the project since completing its construction. The project has provided the market with 10,000 sq.m. of modern storage space. A long-term lease agreement has been signed with the tenant.
