The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the “Company”) informs about receiving a decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, informing that on October 15, 2015, the Court registered amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 2, 2015.

The unified text of the Company’s Articles of Association, detailing the amended provisions, is attached to this report.

Legal basis:
Article 38.1.2b of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and the conditions of recognizing information required by the regulations of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended).
