Polski Holding Nieruchomości Group intends to commence the implementation of a hotel and office project situated at al. Wilanowska in Warsaw and signed two agreements with Global Hospitality Licensing (“Marriott International”) on December 2, 2015. The hotel part of project provides for the combination of two brands of the international hotel chain Marriott International – the designer concept MOXY with the apartment part RESIDENCE INN – which is a leader in the extended-stay segment.
On the property situated at al. Wilanowska 372, strategically located near to Galeria Mokotów, the PHN Group will implement a hotel and office project with a total area of ca. 23,000 sq.m., with the hotel part occupying ca. 13,000 sq.m., and the office part with supplementary service facilities occupying ca. 10,000 sq.m. The hotel concept consisting of ca. 300 rooms will be the combination of two brands of the global operator Marriott International: MOXY (ca. 200 rooms) and RESIDENCE INN (ca. 100 rooms). The selected hotel brands represent the design budget segment (MOXY) and the midscale economy segment (RESIDENCE INN), characterized by consistently high occupancy rates. The investment is planned to be completed at the turn of 2019 and 2020.
