A new flower meadow is being developed in Warsaw’s Wola district

In Warsaw’s Wola district, a flower meadow open to the city’s residents is being developed. This is yet another pro-ecological project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości that promotes the highest green standards in the real estate market.

On a plot belonging to the PHN Group, with an area of over four thousand square meters and located on the busy Prymasa Tysiąclecia avenue, field poppies, cornflowers and mumingtons will bloom next spring. Urban meadows not only enhance the aesthetics of the city, but also enrich the ecosystem, clean the air and soil of pollutants, accumulate moisture, and provide shelter for bees.

The meadow is being developed at a location that in the future will become the foundation of a modern office and commercial investment. Until then, however, the area which has been a back-up location for a construction site will be transformed into an urban flower meadow — an aesthetic and pro-ecological place that will make spending free time more pleasant for the residents of Warsaw’s Wola district.

“We take sustainability very seriously. We introduce innovative solutions that serve people and make our investments environmentally friendly. Another such pro-ecological project is the flower meadow, which additionally improves the aesthetics of its surroundings” — said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.

The projects carried out by Polski Holding Nieruchomości have for years been known for a green approach to business. Another example of such activities is the PHN Group’s flagship investment, the SKYSAWA office and retail complex in the center of the capital, which has been awarded the BREEAM Interim sustainable construction certificate at the Outstanding level. This means that the building will be environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
