Description: 

Yacht Park, being a unique project on a Polish and European scale, is located at Molo Rybackie Pier in Gdynia and developed independently by the Capital Group of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. The project includes a luxury residential complex with a modern yacht marina and a walking avenue with boutiques and restaurants. The project consists of six 5-storey multi-family residential buildings which will occupy an area of ca. 6,300 sq.m. The complex has a total usable area of 12,000 sq.m., including 135 apartments with a total area of ca. 9,600 sq.m. Premises located on the ground floor will have a retail and service function. 

Yacht Park & Marina Yacht Park project became one of the four finalists nominated for the prestigious award of the Le Marché International des Professionnels de L'immobilier (MIPIM) Awards 2021 international competition in the category of “Best Cultural and Sports Infrastructure”.
