Target height of the INTRACO Prime project has been reached

Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - 21:52

The INTRACO Prime office and commercial building being built in the heart of the Muranów district in Warsaw has reached its target height. On this occasion, a topping out ceremony was held. The project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości being developed at ul. Stawki 2 will be commissioned in less than a year.

At the end of May this year, the construction of the INTRACO Prime building has been completed. The reinforced concrete ceiling above the 8th, last usable floor, together with the technical floor, close the body of the building and the frontage of ul.  Stawki. Currently, a glass-aluminum facade of the building is being made, which at the beginning will be visible from the side of ul.  Andersa. Masonry, insulation and installation works are being carried out inside the building. They are at an advanced stage especially on underground floors. In the near future, works on finishing elements will begin in the building's lobby, which will allow for presenting the final standard of the building.

Completion of construction works means that from today we will be able to see the target height and shape of INTRACO Prime. We are convinced that our project will perfectly fit into the surroundings and become an integral part of Muranów. Now we will focus on making INTRACO Prime look good both inside and outside,” said Tomasz Górnicki, Vice-President for Investment, Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

The INTRACO building, with a distinctive green facade, has become an inseparable part of the capital's panorama. Only a year after commencing earthworks, the STRABAG team, despite the pandemic, completed the most important stage of construction works on the neighboring INTRACO Prime as planned. We have built 11 floors 8 above-ground, which will house offices and service facilities, and 3 underground floors, located more than 16 m below the ground, which will be used for 263 parking spaces. The structure of the building was built on a technically challenging terrain close to the tunnel of the 1st metro line. Such significant progress of construction works is possible thanks to the great commitment of STRABAG General Construction team implementing this project,” added Waldemar Wójcik, Member of the Management Board of STRABAG.
