NEW OFFICE OF THE WORLD ANTI-DOPING AGENCY (WADA) IN PHN’S OFFICE BUILDING

The office of the World Anti-Doping Agency will be established in Wilanów Office Park — a state-of-the-art office complex belonging to the PHN Group. Representatives of Polski Holding Nieruchomości and the World Anti-Doping Agency have signed a lease agreement for the office space in the building located at ul. Branickiego 17 in the Warsaw district of Wilanów.

The new office of the World Anti-Doping Agency in the Warsaw district of Wilanów will start operating in January 2020. The lease agreement has been signed for three years with the option to renew it. The office building located at ul. Branickiego 17 is characterized by a very good location and high standard of offered space. It has certificates confirming the highest environmental standards. The property joined the PHN’s Group portfolio in July this year.

“The establishment of one of WADA offices in Poland recognizes and underlines the importance of our anti-doping policy. When searching for location, we were looking for modern and functional space. We decided to select the proposal of Polski Holding Nieruchomości — the office in the Warsaw district of Wilanów which met all our expectations,” said Witold Bańka, president-elect, who on January 1, 2020 will become President of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

WADA is the most important organization combating the use of doping in sport. Its goal is to set standards for the fight against the use of illegal substances and methods in sport and its monitoring. WADA’s headquarters are located in Montreal, Canada. There are also 4 regional offices. In Lausanne for Europe, in Tokyo for Asia and Oceania, in Cape Town for Africa and in Montevideo for Latin America.
