National flag on the SKYSAWA office building will commemorate the Independence Day

On the 103rd anniversary of Poland’s regaining independence, the national flag will be displayed on the flagship investment of Polski Holding Nieruchomości Group – the SKYSAWA office building.In addition, on the façade of the tenement house at ul. Wierzbowa 9/11, belonging to the PHN Group, a multimedia show will be presented to commemorate regaining independence by Poland.

For many years PHN Group has been actively involved in commemorating historical events important to Poland.This year, for the first time, a Polish flag will appear on four floors of the SKYSAWA building, located in the very center of the capital.The flag will be displayed on November 10 and 11 from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

We have been actively participating in Independence Day celebrations for years.This is a particularly important event in Polish history.It shows that through the consistent efforts of many generations we can achieve even the most difficult goals.I am very happy that this year we will be able to display the Polish flag on our new investment, the SKYSAWA building.We would also like to invite you to watch a multimedia show prepared by us on our tenement house at ul. Wierzbowa, said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.

For two days the building at ul. Wierzbowa will display an animation prepared on the occasion of regaining independence by Poland.The show will cover almost the entire tenement house from the first floor to the roof.The multimedia show will be displayed on November 10 and 11 from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.Each animation will be followed by a 3-minute break, during which the clock will count down the time remaining to the next projection.Due to quiet hours, from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. the animation will be displayed without music.

PHN’s property located at ul.Wierzbowa 9/11 is a tenement house built around 1820 for Ludwik Adam Dmuszewski — actor, director of National Theater and the editor-in-chief of the “Kurier Warszawski” daily.It was burned down in September 1939 and rebuilt in the second half of the 1940s.Currently it belongs to the PHN Group.

SKYSAWA is the flagship investment of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.Its construction began in June 2019 at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw.The planned completion date for the main tower of the office building is the third quarter of 2022.
