Maciej Klukowski

Mr. Maciej Klukowski assumed the position of Member of the Management Board for Managing Property Assets on 17 May 2024. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate market in the area of rental and sales. He also has experience in implementing new products in the market and managing rental and sales teams. He has participated in the restructuring processes of real estate companies and their listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Grzegorz Grotek

Grzegorz Grotek has 15 years of experience in finance and accounting in the real estate industry. From 2020 to 2024, he was Chief Financial Officer at Operator ARP Sp. z o.o.; from 2018 to 2020, Director of Accounting and Taxes, Chief Accountant at PFR Nieruchomości S.A. In the years 2009-2017, he headed the Accounting and Tax team at Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Grzegorz Grotek is a graduate of the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw.

Jacek Krawczykowski

Mr. Jacek Krawczykowski assumed the position of Vice President – Member of the Management Board for Investments on April 24, 2024. He is an expert in the field of planning and implementation of housing and commercial projects. Within the structures of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A., he is responsible for the investment division, strategy, marketing and investor relations. Member of the Construction Committee at the Business Centre Club.

Wiesław Malicki

Wiesław Malicki is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw with a degree in teaching and coaching.
