Description:

Hillwood & PHN Zgorzelec is a modern warehouse park located directly at the entrance to the A4 highway near the German border. The project benefits from a railroad station with a siding located in its immediate vicinity. With nearly 218,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, the park is certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. Moreover, the strategic location offers access to a qualified workforce and provides ideal connections to Western European markets.

Status of work:

In March 2024, authorization for the road investment project was obtained, and in April 2024, a construction permit was granted. Currently, the commercialization process for the planned space is underway. The commencement of construction work depends on securing tenants for a required portion of the leasable area.
