Description:

The PHN Group plans to build a housing complex which, in the first stage, will include the construction of three residential buildings with 179 apartments and the same number of parking spaces in underground garages. The usable area will be ca. 9,500 sq.m.

Status of work:

In 2020, PHN Group signed an agreement with the consortium of AGK Architekci AW Sp. z o.o. sp.k. and AGK Architekci GP Sp. z o.o. for the development of design documentation and architect’s supervision of the housing complex in Bydgoszcz. Soon the selection procedure for the general contractor of the 1st stage of the project will begin.
