Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. is actively participating in the nationwide “Prevention – Pass It On!” campaign, launched by the Ministry of Health to promote regular check-ups and raise health awareness. On 1 September, PHN representatives took part in the conference inaugurating the campaign, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of State Assets, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of National Education, and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The company’s engagement includes initiatives aimed at tenants of office buildings owned by the PHN Group, as well as extensive communication promoting the importance of preventive healthcare and regular health check-ups.

As part of its cooperation with the Ministry of Health, on 3 September PHN is organizing a Mobile Health Screening Point for tenants of its office buildings. The initiative will be available to around 5,000 people working in six office buildings owned by the PHN Group: four in Warsaw – Kaskada, INTRACO Prime, Wilanów Office Park, and Domaniewska Office Hub – as well as Alchemia in Gdańsk and Andersia Business Centre in Poznań.

– Prevention is, above all, about taking a conscious approach to your health and getting regular check-ups. At PHN, we want to actively support activities that make preventive healthcare more accessible and build healthy habits. That is why we are joining the Ministry of Health’s “Prevention – Pass It On!” campaign and sharing its message with both our employees and tenants. The Mobile Health Screening Point is a tangible initiative that will make diagnostic testing more accessible to thousands of people. I believe that by leveraging the potential of our properties, we can effectively encourage people to take greater care of their health – said Wiesław Malicki, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.

The initiative will involve around 70 companies leasing space across PHN’s six office buildings. As part of the campaign, educational materials prepared by the Ministry of Health will be displayed in the buildings’ common areas. Information about the campaign will also be shared through the PHN Group’s social media and tenant communication channels.

PHN’s involvement in the campaign will not end with the Mobile Health Screening Point event. Educational materials on preventive healthcare will remain available in buildings owned by the Group and will also be provided to tenants for use in their leased premises.

By joining the “Prevention – Pass It On!” campaign, PHN is supporting efforts to raise health awareness and encourage people to undergo regular health check-ups. Thanks to the scale of its operations, the company can effectively reach thousands of people working in PHN Group’s buildings with this message.
