Mr. Michał Hamryszak was appointed Member of the Management Board for Finance with effect from 1 July 2026. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. He also holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
He is an executive with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and business management, gained while serving as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Management Board, and Chief Financial Officer in companies from the municipal services, telecommunications, real estate, and venture capital sectors.
Previously, he served, among other positions, as Chief Executive Officer of the Pruszków municipal waste management company, MZO in Pruszków Sp. z o.o., Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board of the Warsaw municipal waste management company, MPO w m.st. Warszawie Sp. z.o.o., Chief Executive Officer of TK Telekom Sp. z o.o., and Supervisory Board Member of the publicly listed company Lena Lighting S.A. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for financial management, the execution of investment projects, corporate restructuring, raising financing, and for overseeing large organisations with more than 1,000 staff.
