Description:

The new housing complex project of the PHN Group, “KOLEJ NA 19”, includes the construction of four buildings. In total, 148 apartments and 2 service premises will be constructed. The buildings will have 7 to 9 above-ground storeys and one underground storey (141 parking spaces). The total usable area will be approx. 7,236 sq.m.

In June 2022, the PHN Group signed a contract with the general contractor for the implementation of the investment project. The construction of the complex is underway.
