The Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group has entrusted the consortium consisting of Juvenes – Projekt Sp. z o.o. and INTEC PROJEKT Sp. z o.o. with the design a new office building that will be situated in the area currently occupied by a parking lot, in front of the existing INTRACO building, at Stawki 2 in Warsaw. Today, PHN Group concluded an agreement for the sale of its shares in Wrocław Industrial Park Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, constituting 50% of that company’s share capital, to SEGRO B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam. Tomorrow at dusk, the symbol of Fighting Poland, i.e. the characteristic “anchor”, will appear in windows of the INTRACO building, owned by PHN Group.
