Polski Holding Nieruchomości and the Capital Police Headquarters have signed a letter of intent that marks the beginning of cooperation in the area of housing policy, aimed at addressing the housing needs of officers and employees of the Capital Police Headquarters. PHN Group closed the first quarter of 2025 with very good financial results. Net profit reached a historic high of PLN 185.9M, driven primarily by VAT refund. It is worth noting that operating profit for the period amounted to PLN 101.9M, an increase of 14.3% year-on-year.

PHN Group has completed an important milestone of construction of the VENA office building at al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83 in Warsaw. The closing and topping out of the shell and core is another step in the development of a modern and sustainable office building that will enrich Warsaw’s A-class real estate market by 15,000 sqm. Last year, PHN Group achieved its highest-ever sales revenue of PLN 815.8M, up by 43.5% from 2023, which is a cumulative effect of significant revenue increases generated in key business segments. This allowed the company to generate gross profit on sales of PLN 199.0M, an increase of 14.3% year-on-year.
