In 2020, the Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group increased its rental revenue to PLN 188.9m compared to PLN 171.9m in 2019. As a result, its rental profit increased to PLN 105.4m compared to PLN 98.1m in the previous year. PHN’s profit from construction operations increased by PLN 92.9m to PLN 97.2m.
