Wiesław Malicki is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw with a degree in teaching and coaching. He also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Gdansk in cooperation with GFKM, BCC and RSM Erasmus University Rotterdam as a validating institution – having obtained the Executive MBA title; postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw in the field of management in medical entities in the era of ownership changes; postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Real Estate Management in Warsaw in the field of real estate management; as well as a postgraduate course in the functioning of the banking and insurance services sector at the Prof. L. Kozminski International School of Management in Warsaw. In addition, he completed a course for members of supervisory boards in sole-shareholder companies of the State Treasury and companies with the State Treasury’s stake, confirmed by a state exam and diploma. He began his professional career in the private sector. During this time, he managed, among others, a company implementing, on behalf of a foreign entity, large-scale commercial buildings and other investment projects in Warsaw, including in the field of engineering construction. He was President of the Management Board of TBS Mokotów Sp. z o.o., a municipal company engaged in social housing and property management. Since 2007, he managed state-owned companies operating in the commercial real estate sector. He participated in the commercialization and restructuring of companies involved in the formation of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A., one of the largest companies in this sector in Poland and Europe. He has also served on several supervisory boards and participated in many specialized training courses. Since July 2013, he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Mazowiecki Szpital Bródnowski w Warszawie Sp. z o.o., and since October 2013 he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of M.Sz.W.Drewnica Sp. z o.o. Currently, he is also a lecturer of medical MBA programs at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM).
