Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) and Warsaw Capital Police will jointly take care of police officers' housing needs

Tuesday, July 22, 2025 - 14:57

Polski Holding Nieruchomości and the Capital Police Headquarters have signed a letter of intent that marks the beginning of cooperation in the area of housing policy, aimed at addressing the housing needs of officers and employees of the Capital Police Headquarters. The goal of the cooperation is to implement joint housing projects, including the possibility of leasing housing units in properties provided by PHN.

The parties pledged to cooperate in jointly developing and implementing solutions to support the Police housing policy. As part of the agreement, plans include analyses of selected properties from the PHN portfolio, the development of concepts for their residential use, as well as the preparation of move-in ready spaces.

As part of the cooperation, the parties also plan to establish rules for the allocation and settlement of the residential units, as well as to define further actions aimed at leasing them for the needs of the Capital Police Headquarters.

“For us, the signed letter of intent is a starting point for genuine cooperation with the Capital Police Headquarters. This is a good initiative that, on the one hand, addresses important social needs and, on the other hand, allows us to make effective use of the potential of our properties. We are open to further analysis and specific actions that will allow us to pursue shared, long-term objectives - aligned both with the expectations of the Police and our strategy," said Wieslaw Malicki, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.

The signing of the letter of intent is in line with the objectives of PHN Group’s new strategy for 2025–2030, titled “New Start”. The strategy includes, among other things, greater commitment to the development and optimal use of housing stock, as well as effective management of the entire real estate portfolio.
